A Salvation Army Colonist

This Photo is of a Salvation Army Colonist, who worked with my father Albert Guy for many years at the dairy during the 1930s. He was an excellent worker, rescued by the Salvation Army who gave him a new purpose in life, as they did for many others. I only knew him as Henry but I never knew his surname.

Can anyone help with his full name?
