On Saturday 15th May 2017, the Lottery funded Hadleigh Heritage group held an exhibition inside St James-the-Less.
Several collections of items took local residents back to World War 2 and perhaps even to the earlier Great War.
Many local people were prompted to tell of their own wartime experiences as children as they chatted over their coffee.
