Questionnaire for Issues consultation” available at

from 22 February – 22 March 2021

This was regarding the “Land east of Rayleigh Road, Hadleigh” though the area is more accurately known as Daws Heath, Thundersley.

The consultation appears to assume that the area development plan is viable, whereas government policy has evolved towards “levelling-up” jobs and housing to economically under-developed areas.

The “Issues Consultation” attachment was one of the responses to the questionnaire,  suggesting that experience and the wider environment should help guide our use of land.
